Deanna Helm

Deanna is the Director of Human Resources at EP Group, where she creates new policies and practices to support talent development for the firm. Deanna brings extensive HR experience to her role at EP Group, having previously worked in DE&I, compensation, leadership development and recruiting. 

Deanna holds professional certifications in both SHRM and Birkman in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.
